Evan Noch, M.D., Ph.D.
Principal Investigator
Evan Noch, M.D., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Neurology within the Division of Neuro-oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He also serves as the Director of Physician-Scientist Development in the Department of Neurology. Dr. Noch earned his medical and doctorate degrees from Temple University before completing his residency in Neurology at Weill Cornell Medicine and fellowship in Neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In the lab, Dr. Noch studies glioblastoma metabolism, with a focus on synergistic drug and dietary therapies targeting glucose utilization and redox pathways. Dr. Noch is the co-founder of the American Young Investigator Association (AYIA), which advocates for career development for resident,fellow, and junior faculty physician-scientists.
J. David Elliott, Ph.D.
Senior Research Associate
J. David Elliott, Ph.D., is a recent graduate of The University of North Texas, where he earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Dr. Elliott also holds a M.S. in Molecular Immunology from City University New York and a B.S. in Biology from The University of North Texas. David has become skilled in many molecular and cellular techniques working in research labs at Baylor College of Medicine, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer. Dr. Elliott's hobbies include dancing, singing, and doing anything with his two dogs, Hudson and Hammer.
Kathleen Earhart

Kathleen earned her B.A. in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Psychology from The University of North Texas in 2021, graduating alongside her 17-year-old daughter. Prior to pursuing a career in science and medicine, she had been a stay-at-home mom for 14 years. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her three kids, family, friends, and pets. Kathleen's hobbies include reading, genetic genealogy, playing games, doing puzzles, and listening to music.
